We had David and Shelley provide us with a 5 stage inspection process throughout our Build and it has given us us great piece of mind and helped us get plenty of evidence for any issues that could arise now and in the future they are a great team and provide an excellent service. David was thorough with his inspection of the house and gave me a lot of great general advice in maintaining the house as well. We are so thankful we appointed Handover Hero for inspections throughout our build process. We have so much more peace of mind knowing we have some insight as to how the build is going, independent of the builder's updates.

We had David inspect our upcoming new home via a Practical Completion Inspection today. The service David provided was absolutely amazing. He was clear, concise and kind. The purpose of this role is often times the delivery of tough news to builders. Having worked in this field for many years, he explained this in alignment with regulation in a way that acknowledged the tough times of all parties undergoing the building process. I would absolutely recommend this business and will definitely be using him to full scope in any future works. Well done👏👏

I can recommend David and Shelley with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend getting an independent inspection done upon handover of a new property, and if I ever need to do it again David from Firth Construction would be my first choice. He was extremely professional, very prompt to respond, always on time and communicated very well. The report was sent promptly on the same day as the inspection. Also very thorough in his inspection. Look no further for a thorough building report. David and Shelley are an excellent team. I engaged Firth Constructions at a time we were navigating our way through a new build that appeared to have some defects. In a confusing time, David and Shelley were fantastic. They worked in with our tight time frame, provided an extremely detailed report overnight and made themselves available to step through and discuss the findings. This is the second time that I have used Firth Co Construction to inspect one of my builds. As a teacher I have little knowledge of what to look for during the building stage. David inspected each stage of my build and kept me well informed along the way. The reports were very detailed, clear and sent to me the same day the inspection was done. He was very thorough and picked up things along the way which I would have had no idea to look for. David was very personable and very responsive to any questions I had. Being our first home build I wanted to make sure we got the best guy to come and inspect it for us and give us the reassurance that the house was perfect before handover.David was everything we had hoped for, he was knowledgeable, professional and meticulous through the entire inspection process.The report he provided was very comprehensive and detailed a lot of fixes required before the final handover inspection.I am very thankful to David because without his expertise we would have never discovered those defects to our beautiful home. All listed defects have since been rectified by the builder.I would happily recommend David to anyone looking for an expert in new home building inspections.

David Firth and his services were the highlight of our whole new build experience. We asked David to conduct our pre-purchase inspection and after being wowed by his professionalism and knowledge, had him out again to conduct a second inspection before handover.He was on time, professional but very personable and knew exactly how to handle the builder; playing the perfect middle man position while still making us feel secure that we had someone in our corner.He communicated everything clearly and ensured that all parties understood the processes and the findings and delivered the handover report in a very timely manner in an easy to understand format.I truly cannot recommend David enough, he was an absolute superstar and my only regret is that we didn't get him out to do stage inspections during the construction. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just had a new house built and had David from Firth Co as our third party inspector. What a great job, he went through the place with a fine tooth comb pointing out any and every possible defect. Being we are Owner builders it was extremely helpful to have David extensively check each stage for us to ensure everything was being built to code and completed the way it should be.
